The rather stern-sounding Office for the Harmonisation of the Internal Market will soon be changing its name to the more descriptive, if as wordy, European Union Intellectual Property Office. The OHIM will now be called the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Community trade marks will now be called European Union Trade Marks (EUTMs).
